The MOME Moholy-Nagy University Art and Design invited ZOLTAN+ for a series of lectures at VISAUL COMMUNICATION - MEDIA DESIGN course. Developped subject : "presentation & communication" with the kind participation of LUMU / Ludwig Museum Budapest, MTV Music Television and VIVA Hungary and Tamas Berky.
Kriszta Remete, Orsolya Kecskes and Reka Vago reloaded their fashion-show-installation KIFUTOSZALAG, presented two months ago in Budapest and asked ZOLTAN+ to make a short film of their collections with Janos Visnyovszky, cameraman. The show was refilmed at Artus Studio with a group of leading Hungarian actors and actresses.

BUDAPEST :: ZOLTAN+OPEN STUDIO
In September, after Paris and San Francisco, the new media design studio, ZOLTAN+opened its doors in the heart of Budapest - we are organizing a series of open days, during September and during the DESIGN WEEK 2009, on Saturday October 3. During winter months, the events will continue as art openings, presenting young Hungarian contemporary artists, musicians, actors, as a "one-night-performance' show-case.

For Eszter Salamon's
latest contemporary dance performance "DANCE#1 / DRIFTWORKS", the Berlin based company commissoned ZOLTAN+ to
refresh the company's web site the third time round. The brief was to create a new, sober,
though sharp and creative presentation of Eszter Salamon's outstanding
work, reflecting her univers with a navigation-friendly interface.
ZOLTAN+ presented a totally new approach
in conceptual web design with multi-layered and interactive animations. Eszter Salamon will perform exceptionally at Trafo, Budapest, Hungary in May 2009.

BUDAPEST :: DEFO / CHEVROLET design ART DIRECTION
DEFO DESIGN FOCUS with CHEVROLET HUNGARY organized a five day "workshow" betwen 19-23 January 2009, at the University MOME Moholy-Nagy University Art and Design, Budapest. ZOLTAN+ was invited as an independent design consultant and was commissioned to develop the visuals for DEFO / CHEVROLET workshow, including the projection of Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec's CLOUDS project (Paris), the summer collection of Brian Lichtenberg (Los Angeles), the reedited version of Chevrolet's 1970's commercials (San Francisco), and to present a "talk-show" about fil-making and advertising in Hungary with his invited guests, the advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey Advertising, production companies, such as Pioneer Production, IM Film Production, Stab Films and a filmdirector, a cameraman, a photographer and a sylist to make the "crew" complet.

DESIGN
For the launch of the LANCIA campaign
with Carla Bruni from Paris, ZOLTAN+was commissioned
to create a web site for Rita Lengyel,
who is one of the most demanded stylist in Hungary in the movie industry.
She finished an advertising spot for CITROEN and a Canadian TV film PAINKILLER JANE and currently she commutes
between her hometown, Budapest, and other European cities. Her film
production company AMS has finished filming in Bali and she will be soon connected with another film production company in Toronto for future collaboration. The second generation of her web site is to be released in February 2009.

BUDAPEST :: ZAGAR "CANNOT
WALK FLY INSTEAD"CD
COVER DESIGN
ZAGAR is Hungary's
most celebrated electronic group. After the collaboration
with Yonderboi, in 2001, Balazs
Zsager, DJ Bootsie, Andor Kovacs with Tibor
Lazar and Akos Zsager-Varga formed the group ZAGAR. By the group and their publiesher, ZOLTAN+was commissioned
to create their CD album cover and book of " CANNOT
WALK FLY INSTEAD". The album and the
video clip was launched in November on MTV. ZAGAR's music is now selected for the third time for the American TV series CSI and won the Hungarian music prize Fonogaf. ZAGAR is about to sign a music deal with a foreign publisher and record company, when the CD will be released worldwide.

FRANCISCO ::CATHEDRAL OF SAINT MARY SAN
FRANCISCO installation ART and DESIGN BRANDING
For the first time since the opening of the spectacular Cathedral
of Saint Mary of the Assumption of San Francisco in 1970, built by
Pietro Belluschi and Pierre-Luigi Nervi, the Cathedral has embarked
on a new interior-exterior signage and refurbishing program.
ZOLTAN+ was appointed by the Cathedral
to redesign the visuals for the exterior of the Cathedral's Plaza.
The launch of the project is scheduled for late spring in 2008, when ZOLTAN+ will
present a series of graphic and photographic images created with
the participation of classical and contemporary artists like Cy
Twombly, Bill Viola, Anish Kapoor, Zaha Hadid, amongst
others.
Our work will be exhibited in the city of San Francisco
and iIt is the first time we will give something back to this beloved
city.
We feel honored to participate
with the Cathedral and with the most celebrated classical and greatest
contemporary artists of our time.
